Are you living with discolored, stained, chipped, or cracked teeth? You can resolve these issues quickly and effectively with Lumineers! Lumineers are ultra-thin veneers designed to conceal tooth stains, discolorations, chips, cracks, and other tooth flaws to perfect your smile.
What are Lumineers?
Lumineers are ultra-thin porcelain shells bonded on the front-facing surfaces of your teeth to enhance their aesthetic appeal. Lumineers are as thin as contact lenses and are custom-crafted to preserve your natural structure as much as possible.
What are the benefits of Lumineers?
Our patients can’t stop raving about Lumineers once we explain their benefits. Lumineers achieve similar results to porcelain veneers, but you don’t have to lose your healthy enamel. Here are the notable benefits of Lumineers.
  • Lumineers can last 15-plus years, but they must be maintained the same way as your teeth
  • he placement is painless
  • Placing Lumineers is minimally invasive, and your enamel remains unscathed
  • The Lumineers can be removed as you wish
  • They can address numerous cosmetic issues
  • There is no need for ill-fitting temporaries
  • You don’t need anesthetic shots
Are LUMINEERS® strong enough?
LUMINEERS® are constructed from Cerinate® porcelain, which is known for its exceptional strength. Even though LUMINEERS® are thinner than dental veneers, they are less likely to break or chip. Additionally, Cerinate® porcelain can be color-modified and balanced. This means that different levels of opaqueness and translucency can be utilized.
Dental Lumineers Procedure

Our lumineers dental process is straightforward and comfortable. Here’s how we do it:

  • We do an initial consultation to analyze your oral health and discuss your smile goals. We determine if you are a suitable candidate for this treatment.
  • After treatment confirmation, we will take impressions and dental images of your teeth. These impressions help us come up with a custom-fitted solution for you.
  • There’s no need for excessive preparation. In most cases, we do not need to remove much of your tooth structure. We may lightly etch the surface of your teeth to help the lumineers dental work bond effectively.
  • We send your dental impressions to a dental lab to make your personalized dental shells. This crafting process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, but it is worth the wait. It ensures that each final product will mimic the natural appearance of enamel.
  • Once ready, you should return to our office for fitting. We will place the shells on your teeth to check the fit and appearance. You will be able to see how they look before they are permanently attached.
  • If you are satisfied, we will use a special bonding agent to attach the lumineers to your teeth. This process is quick and ensures a strong bond.
  • After bonding, we will make any necessary adjustments to ensure comfort and a perfect fit.
